Call Recording

Real Savvy Financial Advice may record telephone calls for compliance, quality assurance, and record-keeping purposes. This applies to both inbound and outbound calls made by Real Savvy Financial Advice staff or authorised contractors working under our brand and FAP licence.

Verify advice given verbally to clients.
Resolve disputes or complaints.
Meet our obligations under the Financial Markets Conduct Act 2013 and the Financial Advisers Act 2008.
Support training and quality review.

Call recordings are stored securely and are accessible only to authorised personnel.

You may request access to a recording of your call under the Privacy Act 2020 by contacting us directly.

And they blew my bank out of the water in every way. My bank was asking a million questions about my spending, going as far as wanting me to cancel my gym membership! Real Savvy assured me they weren't interesting in nitpicking my financial choices. They treated me like an adult who has autonomy over her own finances, whereas the bank acted like I was a child who didn't know how to run my own life. Not only did I appreciate being treated with respect and dignity, they also got the loan without heaps of conditions that the bank wanted to impose. On the insurance needs front, Jet Douglas, also of RSFA, walked on water to get us the best insurance cover tailored to our specific requirements.
