Call Recording

Real Savvy Financial Advice may record telephone calls for compliance, quality assurance, and record-keeping purposes. This applies to both inbound and outbound calls made by Real Savvy Financial Advice staff or authorised contractors working under our brand and FAP licence.

Call recordings may be used to:

  • Verify advice given verbally to clients.
  • Resolve disputes or complaints.
  • Meet our obligations under the Financial Markets Conduct Act 2013 and the Financial Advisers Act 2008.
  • Support training and quality review.

Call recordings are stored securely and are accessible only to authorised personnel.

You may request access to a recording of your call under the Privacy Act 2020 by contacting us directly.

Site Activity Tracking
